Reiki & Reiki Yoga

Reiki is a Japanese-based technique for stress reduction.

Reiki uses “spiritually guided life force energy” – the energy that flows within and around us all the time. Alison’s unique Reiki Yoga classes are a nourishing, grounding practice combining the therapeutic aspects of yoga and reiki.

Reiki & Reiki Yoga Offerings

Private Reiki Sessions

Reiki can help restore balance in order to promote health, healing and relaxation. Alison is certified in the Usui Holy Fire Reiki tradition. Clients often describe feeling relaxed, grounded and mentally clear after a session. Alison is currently offering private reiki sessions over Zoom.

“Working with Alison transformed my life and health. Not only did I experience deep personal insight through her guidance, Alison’s radiance woke up the parts of my body ready to let go and heal.”

Reiki Yoga Workshops

In her Reiki Yoga workshops, Alison guides students through a series of restorative yoga postures, complimented with Reiki through gentle hands-on (or above) assists. This practice aids in restoring balance physically, emotionally, and mentally, as well as reducing overall stress and tension. Practicing in a group provides a collective energy, deepening the healing experience. All are welcome.

Alison’s class is the best “me-time.” It’s a powerful combination to receive Reiki as you unwind with restorative yoga. The energy is transforming, and every time I go, I come out lighter and brighter. She’s so tuned in to what the class needs which makes it even more true and beautiful.

“I have attended several of Alison’s Reiki Yoga workshops. As soon as I enter the space, I feel a sense of calmness. Though I only know a few others in the workshop, I feel a connection to all. When the workshop is over, I feel exhilarated and rejuvenated. The restorative poses help relax my muscles and decrease the tension I hold in my body. I encourage everyone to try it at least once, and I bet you will want to try it again!”
