Reiki Level 1 Training
Reiki is a stress reduction technique, originating in Japan, which promotes inner balance on physical, emotional, and mental levels. Receiving Level 1 certification is an opportunity to bring this healing energy into your daily life, self-care routines and relationships.
Located at beautiful Heartstone Center for Earth Essentials Education and Retreat Center in upstate New York, this training also provides a mini retreat for your own inner refreshment - step away from the bustle of daily life and become attuned to the gentle, yet powerful energy of Reiki!
In This Level I Training You Will:
Receive a Level One Placement (Attunement) of Usui Holy Fire Reiki, enabling you to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
Dive into the rich history and lineage of Reiki.
Learn how Reiki works.
Practice Reiki on yourself for self-care and self-healing.
Learn how to Reiki-charge objects and spaces so they carry peaceful, healing energy.
Practice Reiki on others in both table and chair sessions.
Enjoy Reiki Experiences - guided meditations complemented with Reiki for your own healing, transformation and rejuvenation.
Experience a mini-retreat for your own inner renewal.
Connect in community with other like-minded beings.
Receive individualized attention with plenty of time to ask questions and receive guidance.
Leave feeling refreshed, empowered and inspired to incorporate Reiki into your daily life!

Prior to attending this training, participants are required to receive at least one individual Reiki session with Alison (in person or over zoom). Experiencing Reiki firsthand provides an important foundation before learning to practice it on yourself. It also gives you the opportunity to become familiar with Alison’s teaching style and approach to Reiki, helping you determine whether this training is the right fit for you!

Saturday Sept. 19th and Sunday Sept. 20th 10am-4:30pm (lunch break included)

Early Bird: $280 - register by August 28th
Standard: $310 - register by September 16th while space remains
Cost includes Level 1 and 2 training manual and crystals to support your energy practice.

Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable unless the training is cancelled by Alison.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone to fill your spot and reimburse you directly.
If you are unable to attend due to a last minute illness or emergency, you can request a $75 credit toward Alison’s offerings
