Chakra Balancing Slow Flow Kripalu Yoga
Explore the chakras through your yoga practice! This ancient healing system focuses on seven energy centers, connecting you to different inner qualities like grounding, creativity, intuition and more. A depletion or excess of energy in the chakras can manifest as physical and emotional imbalances. Through yoga, breath work and meditation, you can encourage balance in these energy centers, promoting overall well-being. No matter what you're moving through in life, restoring inner harmony can provide stability and support.
Why slow flow? A slow, intentional practice supports your body by unraveling physical tension; providing your nervous system an opportunity to shift out of alert "fight or flight" and into a state of wellness and contentment. Classes are trauma-informed, encouraging empowered, self-compassionate choices.
