Springtime Slow Flow Kripalu Yoga

from $10.00

Embrace the natural awakening, hope and revitalization of spring! Alison's Kripalu yoga classes emphasize mindful movement and connection to your inner guidance. Each class explores themes of "slowing down" through intentional breath work, supportive movement, restorative postures and grounding meditation.

A slow practice helps your body unravel physical tension; providing your nervous system an opportunity to shift out of an alert "fight or flight" state and into a state of wellness and contentment. Classes are trauma-informed, encouraging you to make empowered and self-compassionate choices throughout your practice.
ALL are welcome!

✨Sit in a comfortable position for meditation. As you settle in, soften your gaze and notice the breath. Bring your awareness to your posture and notice - are you leaning forward? Most of us tend to. If so, draw your spine back to a neutral position.
