Slow Flow Kripalu Yoga

As we embrace the natural hibernation of winter, set aside time to rest and unwind. Alison's Kripalu yoga classes emphasize mindful movement and connection to your inner guidance. Each class explores themes of "slowing down" through intentional breath work, supportive movement, restorative postures and grounding meditation.

Why slow flow? A slow, mindful practice supports your body by unraveling physical tension; providing your nervous system an opportunity to shift into a state of wellness and contentment. Classes are trauma-informed, encouraging empowered, self-compassionate choices.

6-7pm EST

Cost:
$15 drop-in or discounted price of $85 for the series
