


Embracing the Elements: Slow Flow Kripalu Yoga
Embrace the elements this summer! Inviting earth, water, fire, air and ether energies intentionally into your yoga practice can promote inner balance and vitality.
Alison's Kripalu yoga classes emphasize mindful movement and connection to your inner guidance. Each class explores themes of "slowing down" through intentional breath work, supportive movement, restorative postures and grounding meditation, while connecting to different elements found in the natural world. We’ll work toward cultivating stability, flexibility, and strength.
Classes are trauma-informed, encouraging you to make empowered and self-compassionate choices throughout your practice.
