Join Alison for a gentle, mindful yoga practice designed to support the natural transition from winter toward spring. Together we’ll explore soft stretching, steady breath, and simple practices to help your body gradually thaw, release, and awaken. With an emphasis on ease, curiosity, and nervous-system friendly pacing, each class offers space to release stiffness, reconnect inwardly, and welcome small signs of energy returning. Awakening happens slowly, gently, and in its own timing.
Classes are trauma-informed, encouraging empowered, self-compassionate choices.
